Our best-selling Pinot Gris, made for us by Mark Nicholl of the Oregon Wine Lab and William Rose / Bootlegger Wines. Dry, crisp, with just a tiny touch of neutral oak for a great mouthfeel. Floral without being overwhelmingly so. A classic Oregon Pinot Gris, like they used to be before everybody started making them too sweet.
The grapes come from a very famous Willamette Valley vineyard, but we can't tell you which one, because then they wouldn't sell us any fruit anymore, next year. Our inofficial slogan is "A hell lot better than [insert best selling Pinot Gris] and a lot cheaper, to boot!" We think you might agree.
