Winemaking: Trousseau Noir was whole cluster pressed to tank then fermented and aged in stainless steel. Trousseau Gris was fermented on skins for 11 days, punched down once a day, then was pressed off and blended with the tank fermented Trousseau Noir to become our Trousseau Rosé.
